We run the systems behind your launches and grow the social presence in front of them. Your voice stays exactly yours, and nothing falls through the cracks, while you focus on the work only you can do.
You're capable of holding a lot. You've been doing it for a while now. Posting late at night. Answering messages between client calls. Being the one who remembers how everything connects, because if you stopped remembering, it would stop running.
"You didn't build a messy business. You built a working one. Then you kept holding it together yourself, one launch at a time, until you were the only person who understood how it all fit."
That's not a strategy problem. It's a structure problem. And it's the reason we exist. We're LANAH & Co. Together with our trained team, we support coaches who already have a real offer running and are ready to stop being the only thing holding it up.
A year from now, still just as capable. Still just as busy. Still the only one holding it together.
Nothing dramatic happens at first. The content goes quiet during your busiest weeks, right when people are watching closest. A few messages sit longer than they should. You tell yourself you'll fix the system properly once things calm down. Things rarely calm down on their own, and the parts that only you can do keep losing ground to the parts anyone could have handled for you.
Your launches, your client journey, your day-to-day operations. Kajabi, Circle, ClickFunnels, Flodesk, CRM, automation. All connected and documented.
Planned, produced, and posted by a team that already knows your voice, even on the weeks you don't have time to think about content.
Most people you'd hire do one or the other. We built LANAH & Co. to hold both at once, because in a coaching business, they were never really separate.

"I already have someone helping me with parts of this."
Most clients come to us already juggling a freelancer or two, one for content, one for tech. What's usually missing isn't more hands. It's one person who sees the whole system and takes responsibility for how it holds together.
"What if my business is too small for this yet?"
That's exactly what the $199 System Audit is for. It's built for finding out where you actually stand, not for committing to more than you need right now.
"I've tried building systems before and they didn't stick."
Usually because maintaining them became another job on top of everything else. We build it, and then we're the ones responsible for keeping it running.
You become a ticket number. Rotating account managers. No one who really knows your business.
One calm point of leadership, backed by a trained, mentored team. Consistency without babysitting anyone.
You become their only backup plan. If they're out, everything waits.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time. Not as a scarcity tactic. Quality drops the moment we stop being able to hold everyone well.
You're welcome here simply because something in your business is asking for a little more structure, a little more support. Not because you've failed to build it yourself.
Before any of this, Lanah spent eight years in sales and marketing, and four more training leaders inside companies across Vietnam. In 2024, she left that work with no plan lined up. She spent the better part of a year figuring out who she was without a title attached to her name. Expertise, it turns out, isn't the same thing as knowing how to build something from nothing.
2025 is when it started to move. She took her first clients as a virtual assistant, and a pattern revealed itself. Not by plan, but by noticing who she was actually best at serving: coaches, women running businesses built entirely around their own voice and expertise, brilliant at the work itself, and quietly buried underneath everything that had to happen around it.
Businesses don't only need better strategy. They need structures strong enough to hold their growth. The people doing the most meaningful work were often the ones carrying the most invisible weight.
The training didn't disappear either. Almost without planning to, Lanah found herself mentoring other freelancers, eight VAs so far, passing along the same unglamorous lessons she'd had to learn the hard way. That's proof this works beyond just her.
LANAH & Co. is what that proof turned into: a small, trained pod, not a faceless agency, not one person doing everything alone. When you work with us, you get one calm point of leadership, and a team that already knows how to hold the rest.
We don't lead with pressure. We lead with presence. Fewer moving pieces for you to manage, decisions made with evidence instead of guesswork, and a standard we hold ourselves to whether or not you're watching.
We don't do free discovery work disguised as a "quick audit," and we don't ask you to commit to a year before we've proven we're worth trusting. Every tier below has a clear scope and a clear outcome.
A full look at how your current systems actually work: Kajabi, Circle, ClickFunnels, Flodesk, your CRM, your automations. And exactly where they're costing you time or leads. You leave with a clear, written plan, whether or not you go further with us.
We build the structure your audit points to: client journey mapped end to end, platforms connected, onboarding and automation set up so it runs without you re-explaining it every time.
Once it's built, we keep it running: monitoring, fixing, and adjusting as your offers and audience grow, so "set up" doesn't quietly become "falling apart" six months later.
Content planning, writing, and posting from a team that already knows your voice and your offer, so showing up consistently stops depending on how much bandwidth you have left after everything else.
Full operational partnership: systems, social, and the ongoing decisions in between. The closest thing to having an Online Business Manager on your team, without the overhead of hiring, training, and managing one yourself.

Not sure which one? That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll tell you honestly, even if the answer is "start smaller than you think."
Every business we work with runs on two layers. The visible one: posts, programs, launches. The invisible one: systems, planning, operations. This is what happened when we went to work on the invisible layer.
Her programs were growing, which meant more manual communication and coordination every week. Automation tools existed, but with no coherent structure behind them, the business needed her constant emotional presence just to keep functioning.
Mapped her entire client journey from first discovery through ongoing engagement, redesigned the communication flow to balance real connection with efficiency, and reorganized her email sequences and onboarding in Kajabi.
"She understands both the human side and the systems. Everything now runs more smoothly and I feel less 'on' all the time."
A strong business with meaningful work and a resonant audience. But everything lived inside her head. Content, timelines, client communication, launches: all dependent on her memory.
Slowed the process down first, examined how the backend was actually organized, then simplified and reorganized the structure across her platforms, with the team supporting the operational load going forward.
"Working with Lanah feels calm and supportive. I trust her completely with the backend of my business and that trust changed everything."
Her business was expanding: more visibility, more clients. She was weighing whether to hire one assistant, worried about dependency, or manage several freelancers, which felt like its own full-time job.
Built a structure that let her grow without needing to manage anyone herself. Lanah coordinated systems and oversight; the trained team handled execution; one point of coordination kept everything consistent.
"My automation runs while I rest. I finally feel supported without needing to manage anyone."
None of them needed to be told to work harder. They needed structure strong enough to hold what they'd already built, and a team steady enough that they could finally stop being the only one holding it.
Starting support shouldn't feel confusing or pressured. It should feel clear, grounded, and safe. Here's exactly what happens, in order.
A space to understand where your business feels heavy right now, and to see whether we're the right fit. For you and for us. No sales pressure. No preparation required.
We outline the recommended scope, how we'd support you, timelines, and who's responsible for what. No confusion, no overpromising, no mismatched expectations.
A straightforward contract that protects us both and spells out whether you'll work directly with Lanah, with a trained team member under her direct oversight, or a blend of both.
Full payment or a deposit secures your place and starts onboarding preparation on our end.
Access setup, a walkthrough of how we work, communication rhythms, and introductions to your team if one is involved.
You may work directly with Lanah, with a trained team member she mentors and oversees directly, or a blend of both. Either way, it's one calm point of leadership behind everything. We keep a limited number of clients at a time, on purpose. It's the only way to stay this responsive.
If you're not sure how much support you need yet, the $199 System Audit is the lowest-risk way to find out. If you already know it's bigger than that, the discovery call is where we figure out the right path together.
This isn't for everyone, and that's fine. We work best with coaches who already have a real offer running and are ready to hand off the parts that aren't the work only they can do. If that's not quite where you are yet, we'd rather tell you honestly than take you on anyway.
If you've read this far and something quietly clicked, this is the kind of support I've been needing, you're welcome to reach out.
